Q: What payment processors do you accept?
A: We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or via AlertPay subscriptions.
Q: Can I pay with my Credit Card?
A: You can use your VISA, MasterCard, AMEX. You can also use Alertpay to use these methods as well.
Q: How will you pay me?
A: We will pay you into the same Alertpay account that you pay your subscription with.
Q: What if one of my referrals cancels their subscription?
A: When a member cancels their subscription, or does not have enough money in their account to pay, their account will be cancelled and they will lose their entire downline (if any). Their downline members will 'move up' in the downline.
Q: What if I sign up but don't pay my subscription?
A: You will have an account, but you won't be able to access the back office or any of our products. You cannot earn if you're not a paying member.
Q: Can I get you to move my downline members, or re-arrange them?
A: No. They are placed automatically into the next available spot based on who their sponsor is and by when they pay their subscription. This cannot be changed - no exceptions.
Q: When do you do payouts?
A: Monthly payouts are paid on the 10th of each month for the previous month's commissions.
Q: Do I have to recruit people to make money in this?
A: Our monthly downline is forced, which means you can receive spillover and spillunder. With our $5.00 monthly referral bonus, it's in your best interest to put some effort into advertising.
Q: What's your spam policy?
A: Don't do it. If we receive any valid spam complaints regarding your advertising methods, your account will be cancelled and any money owing to you will be forfeited.
Q: Is this a company-forced downline?
A: Yes and No. The monthly 5x5 is a 'referral-based' forced downline. This means that all your personal referrals will be placed into your downline in the first available empty spot. Having a 5x5 forced downline means that everybody can have a maximum of 5 members on their 1st level before they spillover into the next level.
Q: Is there a minimum payout amount?
A: Yes. The minimum payout is $20.00. You must have earned the minimum during the current month.
Q: Is this just another p*yramid sc*heme? Do the ones at the top make all the money?
A: No. It's far from it. This is a business where you are re-selling our products. The amount of money you make is greatly affected by the amount of work you put into it, obviously. Since all referrals are placed under their sponsor, it makes no difference when you signup.
Q: Is this a 'fast money' game where I can make a ton of money then get out?
A: No. This business is designed to create a solid recurring income building to long-term wealth. Yes you can make fast money, but it's in your best interest to stay since you are being paid every month.
